Although there was a time in my life I was so depressed and anxious that I couldn't draw, my desire re-emerged at the time of my diagnosis. Over the years, I was prescribed a myriad of medications, all of which were detrimental to my mental, emotional and spiritual health. Since my disorder wasn't as debilitating as for some people, I was able to refrain from taking prescription medicine.
