This book is thoughtful, insightful and well-researched. The contents move from the background issues associated with safeguarding children and schools, to the practical considerations of this work and the all-important training necessary to ensure a school is safeguarding children to the best of its ability. It was easy to understand and is an indispensable guide for any school that aims to make its pupils feel safe and nurtured.
