Empaths find it difficult to be in a relationship as can't fully experience emotional freedom with someone else as the traditional paradigm is never defined. They need their personal space to avoid feeling subdued or getting engulfed. Empaths are very sensitive, sometimes they do seek validation from friends and close ones and end up being stabbed with humiliation, so they disguise themselves with indifference and independence.
In this book you will learn:
How to discover your empathic abilities and nurture them to bring out the best version of yourself there can be.
You will learn how to sniff out energy vampires from a distance and how to protect yourself.
How to parent empathic children to be outstanding members of society.
How as an empath you can handle any relationship you are in, whether it is with family, a spouse, friends and the society around you in general.
A simple definition of an empath is that they are a group of special people who are highly sensitive and great receptors off other people's energies, both physical and emotional. Empaths have an amazing ability to feel and understand what other people around them are going through at a deeper level. For instance, if you are having a headache and you are with an empathic person, then chances are that they will also develop a headache. If you are crying for one reason or another, the empath will also feel your sorrow and will join you in crying!
